You'll need to bring a sizable cooler, a large box, or a couple of Mylar "cooler" bags to carry your assembled entrees; large enough to hold your order. |
Take into consideration whether or not you plan on assembling your entree as a family plan (all four portions in one container), a double (two portions in two containers), or a quad (one portion in four containers). All in all, you will have a total of 10 entrees, equaling 40 portions to transport. Make sure your cooler, box, or bag is sturdy enough to transport your entrees without tipping over or spilling inside your car.
You'll want to wear comfortable clothing, and most importantly, comfortable shoes. You'll be moving from station to station, and standing while you're assembling your entrees, so wear something that will move with you.
We provide aprons to protect your clothing, and gloves if you need them (note that the Health Department does not require gloves when you are responsible for assembling your own meals, but if you're more comfortable using them -- they'll be available for you). There will also be wipeys, and paper towels around all of the stations, and a hand wash sink (as well as a public restroom) is close by.
Non-breakable oven-ready containers will be available to you at each station; however, if you wish to bring your own non-breakable containers you are more than welcome to do so.

Contact us if you have any additional questions, or you are not quite clear on the details; we'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the service, or about the procedures.

Please DO NOT call the Magnolia Recreation Center, as they will not be able to provide you with any answers.
