WHAT TO DO FIRST... |

Review the menu.
You can make a selection based on the monthly session you are interested in attending. Please sign up for, and purchase, only one session at a time. If you attempt to purchase sessions from multiple months, an error will occur. |
| Select a date on the Calendar. If the date is available, you will be taken to the Registration page (New Customer) or Login (Returning Customer) page. Enter your credit card information. ALL sessions will be closed three days prior to the actual event. |

| Chef Jeanne-Marie Stel will provide each participant with a copy of his or her pre-selected menu that can be posted on your refrigerator or freezer (this helps eliminate the guesswork of what entrees you have on hand).

PREPARING THE FOOD IS EASY...

Chef Jeanne-Marie Stel will show you how to package and label all of your entrees; plus she'll review appropriate side dishes and wine pairings with you, and talk about how to get the most benefit out of the service.
